Job Description:
- Manage And Lead The Sales Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Meet Company Objectives
- Develop And Implement Sales Strategies And Plans To Expand The Customer Base
- Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, And Developers
- Identify New Market Opportunities And Potential Clients
- Prepare And Deliver Sales Presentations And Proposals To Prospective Clients
- Negotiate And Close Sales Contracts With Clients
- Monitor Market Trends, Competitor Activities, And Customer Needs To Stay Ahead Of The Competition
- Collaborate With Other Departments To Ensure Customer Satisfaction And Project Success
- Develop And Maintain Sales Reports And Forecasts For Management Review
- Manage Sales Budgets And Expenses
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Building Materials preferably in Formwork
- Strong network in the construction market
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
