Job Description:

• Specialize in Business Development and Sales within the IT Hardware, Software, and Services sector, focusing primarily on the Financial Services Industry, including Banking, Insurance, multifinance, and Bursa.
• Build a good relationships with clients, distributors, and principals.
• Implement good revenue control strategies.
• Oversee, enhance, and provide coaching for sales activities, ensuring the successful attainment of quotas.
• Aggressively expand and manage strategic accounts through a consultative approach.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum educational background of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Communication, or a related field.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role in IT product sales, particularly within the Financial Services sector

• A strong passion for direct selling and achieving targets.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

• English speaking ability

• Having a track record of managing teams of at least 5 individuals.
