Job Description:
- Ensuring The Execution Of Promotional Strategies To Drive And Push Business
- Managing Sell-in And Sell-out To Deliver Planned Profitable Growth
- Handling GT Channel And Ensuring That Deployment And Execution Of All Strategies Are Delivered
- Ensuring That Performance Of Distributors Are Aligned With The Planned P&L
- Taking Corrective Actions When Needed To Ensure That All Strategies Are Aligned With The Goals
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Minimum 8 years of commercial working experience preferably in Building Materials/FMCG sector
- Minimum of 4 years working experience handling a team
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience handling distributor accounts (Distributor Management)
- Clear communication skills and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
