Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields, preferably in the FMCG or beauty/skincare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (both offline and online).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments, such as product development, finance, and customer service.
