Job Description:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share in the plastic products segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.

- Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree
- Have
experience in handling:
- Business
with related plastic (trader or plastic parts manufacturing, etc)
- Sales
activity (related to automotive company is preferable)
- Have
experience in Japanese company is preferable
- Proficient
in Ms. Excel/Power Point/Word
- Proficient
in English
