Job Description:
- The Trainer Should Teach The Participants How To Accurately Use The Language Of Negotiations
- Lead Class Exercises For Sales Materials
- Utilize A Variety Of Learning Techniques To Deliver Training In The Most Effective And Impactful Way
- Inspire Students To Move Through The Challenge Of Learning New Skills.
- Expertise In The Subject Area That Will Be Taught.
- Knowledge Of Learning Theories And Various Methods Of Instruction.
- Strong Oral Communication Skills To Present Lectures And Answer Questions.
- Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Students’ Work And Present Course Material In A Clear Way
- Listening And Observation Skills To Pick Up On Signs That Students May Be Failing To Grasp The Material.
- Doing Video Shooting For E-learning.
Job Requirements:
- Experience teaching topics about sales.
- Have knowledge of product sales
- Have high leadership and managerial skills.
- Have the ability to measure and assess training needs.
- Experience as a Trainer or Instructor.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work freelance in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
