Job Description:
- Focus On The Overall End User Satisfaction
- Daily Supervise, Monitor, And Solve Any Issue To Ensure Smooth Operation, And Monitor The Scheduled Background Jobs
- Provide Help Support In Any SAP ERP Issues Or Request Related But Not Limited To SCM Area
- Maintain Daily Support Tickets And Make Sure Relevant Information Are Documented. Monitor And Support Any Incidents, Especially Make Sure Very High Priority Issues Are Tracked Actively And Can Be Resolved Soonest Possible Based On SLA
- Set The Right Classification On Relevance And Priority For Required New Or Changes To Functionality, Once Properly Analyzed Will Be Dispatched For Further Processing
- Maintaining FAQ And Other Knowledge Base Article For Any New Cases. Posts Own Information To Share Lessons Learned And New Tips And Information
- He/she Reports Daily Status & Progress Update To Relevant Manager
- Understands And Ensures That Quality Standards Are Met
- Participate In SAP Applications Improvement; Enhancement; And Projects
- Design, Build, Configure, Test And Roll-out SAP Applications Enhancements And Projects, According To Agreed Deliverables And Datelines
- Continuously Improve SAP Skills And Consulting Skill To Meet Company Demand And Global Trend
- Willingness To Learn And To Do More, Continuously Self Improvement And Skill Sustainability. Contribute Significantly To Company Growth
- To Provide Expertise Supporting The Development Of Functional Specifications, And Daily Operations SAP SD-MM Documentation
- To Support All Functional And Technical Aspects And Facilitates The Definition Of All Relevant Aspects Of The Operation And Technical Business Functionality Of The ERP Systems Related To SCM Area
- To Provide Expertise In Configuring The Identified Business Process Using The SAP Customizing Tools Available; Has Proficient Understanding Of The SAP SD-MM Functionality And The Integration Points With Other Modules (EWM-FICO-VMS)
- Take Responsibility To Monitor Master Data, System Configuration, Transactions, Business Process Changes, Etc. In Order To Make Sure The Sales & Distribution Can Run Smoothly And Accomplish The Business User's Requirements
- To Collaborate With Sales And Operations Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Product Cost Planning, Finance, Warehouse, Procurements, And Other Teams While Working Towards Inventory Management In Enterprises
Job Requirements:
- Has experience in S/4HANA (at least 1909) is preferred
- Has excellent integration knowledge with eWM / FICO / VMS modules
- Has excellent knowledge in sales support, sales activity, shipping & delivery management, billing processing, pricing strategy, procurement, physical inventory stock management, automation, service management, interface & integration, etc
- Able to manage personal day-to-day support activity, complete any user request and problem solving in timely manner under minimum supervision
- Has excellent understanding of batch processing and control
- Has good experience & concept understanding related to integration with all close module or function including with interfacing concept
- Has good understanding of SAP MM basic concept would be advantage
- Has strong experience in SD user exit, enhancement, interface
- Has a good understanding in basic technical ABAP programming (read program/code, develop functional specs, search and read tables, ABAP debugging) will be a plus
- At least 5+ years of solid proven track record in the SAP SD implementation and or roll out with at least 3+ new implementation project end to end cycle and 5+ rollout implementation project end to end cycle
