Job Description:
- Be Responsible For The General Accounting Functions Including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, POS Management, Coordination Of Annual Audits And Bank Reconciliations
- Ensure Compliance With Accounting Standards And Regulations
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Financial Statements And Reports
- Prepare Budgets And Forecasts And Analyse Actual Performance Against Budgets
- Assist With Tax Planning And Compliance
- Assist Inventory Team With Consolidation Of Inventory Reports
- Work Closely With Other Departments To Develop Financial Strategies And Ensure Accurate Financial Reporting
- Drive Process Improvements To Address Operational Issues And Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness
- Manage And Mentor Junior Accounting Staff
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with at least 4 years of accounting experience
- Ideally have had experience in the Retail or FMCG industry
- CPA, ACCA equivalent certification
- Strong technical knowledge and accounting standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
