Job Description:
Working Closely With Global-standard Partners, You Will Be Focusing On A Wide Range Of Many Fintech/Tech Matters. You Will Be Representing And Advising A Broad Array Of Clients, Including Leading Multinational Corporations, And Etc.
Job Requirements:
- Law degree from a top law school in Indonesia/overseas
- PQE 8-10
- Experience in Tech related matters, especially Fintech, broad exposure preferable consisting of capital market matters.
- Fluent English
- Experience in a top tier local or international firm
- Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative thinker
- Commercial and business awareness
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Strong professional presence
- Client service focus
