Job Description:
- Actively hunt and close new clients for recruitment and outsourcing services
- Pitch Talent Insider’s offerings to decision-makers (HR, Directors, Founders, C-level)
- Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, propose solutions, and negotiate terms
- Collaborate with internal recruitment team to ensure alignment on delivery scope
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and lead tracking tools
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets (with no cap on commission)
- Build long-term client relationships that evolve into key accounts
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, hiring needs, and competitor offerings
Job Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Prior experience in recruitment, outsourcing, HR tech, or SaaS sales is a strong plus
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads independently
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (Bahasa + English)
- Self-driven, metrics-oriented, and eager to outperform sales KPIs
- Confident pitching to HR managers, business owners, and senior leadership
- Able to work with minimal supervision and take full ownership of deals
