Job Description:
- Lead The Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis Process, KPI, Key Variances And Reports To Support The Organisation's Financial Objectives
- Prepare P&L Or Relevant Reports For Budget And Forecast Reviews, And Ensuring Accurate SGA, Marketing, Cashflow And CAPEX Forecast
- Develop And Maintain A Comprehensive Financial Reporting System To Ensure Accuracy And Consistency
- Work Closely With Relevant Teams To Develop Inventory And Gross Margin Reports And Analysis
- Business Partner With Stakeholders In Providing Support And Drawing Insightful Analysis On Key Financial Performance Indicators That Will Assist In Strategic Decision Making
- Maintain And Enhance Relationships With Internal Stakeholders Such As Sales And Marketing, Operations, To Ensure Provision Of Accurate And Timely Financial Information
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or qualifications in ACCA/CPA
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a Retail or FMCG environment
- Driven, self-motivated and hands-on, able to perform independently and devise strategic plans
- Able to work collaboratively with a team of diverse cultures, having a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and partnership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interpret and present complex financial data in a meaningful manner
