• Develop And Implement Efficient And Reusable Frontend Components Using React.js, HTML, CSS, And JavaScript To Create A Seamless User Interface And Exceptional User Experience
• Collaborate With Product Managers And Designers To Understand Business Requirements, User Stories, And Wireframes, Translating Them Into Technical Specifications And Actionable Development Tasks
• Lead And Participate In Architectural Discussions, Contributing To The Overall Technical Roadmap And Decision-making Process
• Write Clean, Maintainable, And Scalable Code, Following Best Practices And Coding Standards, Ensuring High-quality And Performant Applications
• Conduct Thorough Code Reviews And Provide Constructive Feedback To Ensure Code Quality, Consistency, And Adherence To Established Coding Guidelines
• Collaborate Closely With Backend Engineers To Integrate Frontend Components With RESTful APIs, Ensuring Seamless Data Flow And Optimal System Performance
• Optimize Application Performance And Identify And Address Any Bottlenecks Or Issues Related To Frontend Development
• Stay Up To Date With The Latest Trends And Advancements In Frontend Technologies And Frameworks, Sharing Knowledge And Insights With The Team
• Mentor And Guide Junior Engineers, Providing Technical Guidance, Support, And Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement
• Work In An Agile Environment, Actively Participating In Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, And Other Agile Ceremonies, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Features And Enhancements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js, Next.js, and related technologies
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other frontend technologies and frameworks
• Familiar with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and/or Static Site Generation (SSG)
• Familiar with Kubernetes and write your applications Docker first
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend components with backend systems
• Solid understanding of version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• A passion for fintech and a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic startup
