Job Description:
- Managing And Executing End-to-end HR Matter On Site
- Understanding Site Needs, Problems, And Finding A Solution For Each Needs
- Handling Industrial And Community Relation Matters Around The Area
- Working Together With Other Functions To Ensure Smoothness Of Site
- Strategically Planning The Growth And Business Development Of The Company
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 8 years experience within human resources, 5 years in managerial position
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Proven track record of being top HR position on site
- Previous experience in multinational company and local conglomerates are a huge plus
- Experienced in mining and smelting industry
- Open for rellocation
- Good communication skill, able to work in a matrix organization
