Job Description:
- Manage Upstream Logistics Activities, Coordinate With Suppliers And Bureaus, And Ensure Compliance With Customs Regulations And Processes
- Plan And Implement Import Transportation Strategies, Ensuring Compliance With Government Regulations
- Collaborate With Suppliers And Inventory Planners For Timely International Shipments
- Evaluate Contracts, Monitor Imports, And Prepare Reports. Recommend Changes As Needed
- Administer Customs And Border Protection Measures And Maintain Compliance With Customer Procedures
- Research Import Laws, Tariffs, And Licenses. Support Inventory Management
- Develop SOPs, Maintain ISO Compliance, And Prepare Reports For Government Agencies
- Provide Insurance Coverage And Implement Corrective Action Plans
- Conduct Audits, Stay Updated On Customs Regulations, And Support Team Leaders
- Monitor Cost-effectiveness And Optimize Delivery Efficiency
- Maintain Partnerships With Service Providers And Ensure Document Compliance
- Apply Duty Benefits And Maintain Document Compliance
- Monitor Compliance Documents And Maintain A Positive Reputation With Government Agencies
- Develop Teams, Recognize Achievements, And Support Career Growth
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree holder
- Background as import shipping and cross border expert in retail industry is a MUST
- Knowledge in customs and apparels' import/export practice
- 10 or more years in logistics and cross-border
- Import Export Certs are not required but nice to have
- Fluent in English language and strong negotiation skill
