Job Description:
- Provide Expert-level Technical Support To End-users, Including Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, And Network-related Issues
- Respond To And Resolve IT Incidents (SNOW) And Service Requests In A Timely And Efficient Manner. Prioritize And Escalate Incidents Based On Severity And Impact, Ensuring Minimal Disruption To Business Operations
- Successfully Troubleshoot Issues Both Independently And In Collaboration With All Available Resources
- Conduct Training Sessions And Create User Documentation To Educate Employees On IT Tools, Applications, And Best Practices. Provide Guidance And Assistance To Users, Promoting Efficient And Effective Use Of Technology Resources
- Evaluate New Technologies For Potential Applicability
- Interact With External Vendors And Service Providers To Procure IT Equipment, Software Licenses, And Services. Evaluate Vendor Performance, Negotiate Contracts, And Ensure Compliance With Service Level Agreements
- Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement, Automation, And Efficiency Enhancements Within The IT Support Function. Recommend And Implement Innovative Solutions And Enhance User Experience
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in IT-related discipline or comparable knowledge/experience in technology related field
- 5-7 years working experience for IT-related discipline to at least 150+ end users
- Proficient knowledge of operating systems, networks, hardware, and software applications i.e. Windows 11, iOS, Office 365, SPO, OD
- Good command of written and spoken English including Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL Foundation are a plus
- Able to adjust approach to effectively interact with customers at all organizational and technical levels
- Reliable and cooperative team player; displays consideration and respect for others and demonstrates the ability to lead team members by modeling success
- Displays tact, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations while demonstrating a sense of urgency
