Job Description:
- Provide Comprehensive Legal Advice And Support On A Wide Range Of Legal Matters Related To The Retail Industry
- Draft, Review, And Negotiate Various Commercial Agreements, Including Vendor Contracts, Leases, And Distribution Agreements
- Conduct Legal Research And Stay Up-to-date With Relevant Laws And Regulations, Ensuring Compliance With Applicable Legal Requirements
- Manage And Oversee Legal Aspects Of Corporate Transactions, Including Mergers, Acquisitions, And Joint Ventures
- Advise On Intellectual Property Matters, Including Trademarks, Copyrights, And Patents
- Handle Legal Issues Related To Employment, Labor, And Immigration
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams, Including Finance, Operations, And Marketing, To Provide Legal Guidance On Various Business Initiatives
- Assist In The Development And Implementation Of Legal Policies And Procedures
- Represent The Company In Legal Proceedings, Including Arbitration And Litigation, As Necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a legal counsel, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in IPO processes and operational legal work
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian corporate laws, regulations, and legal frameworks
- Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and provide sound advice to stakeholders
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a wide range of responsibilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
