Job Description:
- Oversee And Maintain The Legal Corporate Records And Registries Of The Indonesian Entities
- Review And Draft Contracts
- Provide Legal Business Advice And Legal Opinions To Business Stakeholders As Well As The Global Team, Especially On Issues Related To Business Projects, E-commerce, Halal, And Compliance
- Ensure Compliance With Laws And Regulations, And Timely Reporting
- Together With Internal Audit And Relevant Departments, Identify And Investigate Risks And Compliance Issues
- Represent The Company In External Engagements With Foreign Chambers, Associations, And Government
Job Requirements:
- Min. a Bachelor's degree in Law
- At least 5+ years of work experience in reputable law firm
- PERADI license is a huge advantage
- Experience in handling international transaction and having international exposure is a must
- Experience in handling M&A, corporate contracts, and/or pharmaceutical and food industry is preferable
- High level of command of English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in the beauty, retail, e-commerce and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Good understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory environment in Indonesia
- Proven negotiation and drafting skills
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, or frequently travel between Jakarta-Bali
