Job Description:
- Report Directly To Head Of Asia (based In Singapore) To Help Lead And Execute The Successful Delivery Of A Variety Of Growth Strategy Projects
- Being The Face Of Company, Alongside With Head Of Asia, You Will Be Required To Provide On-the-ground Support And Add Value To Clients
- Apart From The Day-to-day Management Consultancy Work Ranging From Structuring Project Approach, Synthesising Industry Data, Addressing Issues And Opportunities To Developing Quality Content For Client Deliverable, The Senior Manager Will Play A Leadership Role In Providing Strategic Advisory To Marketing And Business Leaders To Develop Best Practices And Support Company's Marketing Excellence Journey
- Coaching And Developing Key Client's Marketing Talents.
Job Requirements:
- Strong academic background in Business Management or Marketing, MBA will be preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience with strong in blue-chip CPG/FMCG companies (prior consulting experience is a plus).
- Minimum 2-3 years working at the capability of regional brand/marketing function.
- Successful track record in leading and driving digital marketing initiatives (omnichannel, O2O, and eCommerce).
- Regional coverage of China and/or South East Asia (SEA) region is a must.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously.
- Strong client relationship skills coupled with good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
