Job Description:
- Identify, create and develop sales opportunities and demands for waterproofing products in Indonesia
- Responsible for achieving Annual Operating Plan sales and margins targets
- Promote waterproofing products to key stakeholders in the infra-structure, industrial, commercial, and residential, and all related segments through education, training and presentations
- Develop and support a network of specialist applicators and sub-distributors around the country
- Assist clients on-site by providing support on correct product application, problem solving of products and techniques
- Play an active role in new product commercialization
- Perform analysis of market competition, products, data and information
Job Requirements:
- Min Degree in Engineering with at least 4-6 years of proven and successful experience in the waterproofing industry
- Results oriented, with positive personality and a “can-do” attitude
- Possess good teamwork and relationship –building capabilities
- Good command of English language skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
