Job Description:
- Lead Sales And Marketing Efforts by Developing A
Targeted And Creative Strategy
- Build strong Connection With Government Stakeholder
- Create Marketing Strategic Development And Scale Up Sales
Opportunity
- Works With All Staff To manage All Sales Activities
Of The Property And Meet Revenue Objectives. Activities Include
Setting Goals, Completing Competitive Surveys, Taking Reservations, And
Compiling Reports
- Identify And Seeks Out Potential Business In Local
Market
- Maintain Relationships With Local Companies And Key
People to Increase Visibility Within The Local Market
- Coordinate And Implement Sales And Marketing Activities Of The Property
- Create A Budget To Maximise Profit Margins while
Keeping Costs In Balance With Guest Satisfaction And Quality Of Services
Job Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of working experience
- Prior experience in convention, exhibition and entertainment would be a plus
- Leadership experience
- Able to form excellent working relationship with partners especially with event organisers, artists, and producers
- Strong prospecting skills and commercial acumen
