Job Description:
- Ensure All Systems And Applications Are Available When Required By The Business And Are Performing As Expected
- Provide Technical Advice And Support To Internal/external Staff When Required
- Deal Effectively With Issues, Conflicts, And Problems
- Maintain A High Level Of Professionalism, Integrity, Interpersonal, And Communication Skills
- Proactively Review The Services Being Provided To Ensure They Are Fit For Purpose, Cost-effective, And Performing Adequately
- Promote A Service Culture To Ensure That The Team Is Focused On Exceeding Customer's Expectations In An Efficient And Timely Manner
- Develop & Maintain Relationships With Business Representatives And Key Stakeholders By Providing A Professional Level Of Service
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of general development experience
- Should at least have 3+ years on C#, ASP.NET & .NET Core, JavaScript (or TypeScript), SQL Server
- Other technologies (e.g. Java, Python, MySQL, Oracle, AWS) can be counted also
- Experience with cloud services is valuable (Azure, AWS, etc)
- Dealing directly with Business Analysts or Clients
- Suggesting changes to functional requirements to suit development priorities
- Understands business requirements and can recommend alternative solutions
- Working with junior/mid-level team members
- Working in a medium-size team
- Reviewing change requests from other team members
- Providing feedback and mentoring/assistance
- Technical leadership on medium to large software projects
- Full stack software design of new projects
- Technical ownership of projects
- Software architecture decisions
- Knowledge of performance and security considerations
- Re-factoring and long-term software maintenance
- Management and reduction of technical debt
- Deep understanding of software development life-cycle
- Stays up to date on new trends in software and technology
- Meaningful contributions to open source (or self-created) projects
