Job Description:
- Reporting to Sales Manager, carry out effective specification works to key developers, consultants, architects, engineers for projects and market segments related to company product portfolio
- Identify key developers, architects, consultants, engineers for key projects in construction industry and market segments (commercial, industrials, infrastructure, residentials) related to company product portfolio in both waterproofing and fireproofing
- Plan and strategize for effective specification works based on project requirement, expected performance and budgeting, and defense spec works against competition
- Carry out product presentations to architects, consultants, engineers, & developers
- Establish strong relationships and maintain regular visits with key specifiers and identify continuous leads for specification works and defence specification work done
- Work closely with Sales Manager to organize and participate in product workshops/ seminars/ roadshows where required and necessary
- Continuous efforts in building up specification pipeline wealth to meet the given target and update effective progress of specification works using given template/ tools.
- Always proactive in continuous learning of product information and technical detailing in order to provide technical solutions to consultants, architects, and engineers
- Resourceful in knowing market trends and upcoming key projects, and market intelligence
- Participate in site mock-up and testing as and when require
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce on regular basis and ensure information is up to date
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder in Chemical/ Civil Engineering/Architects
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry
- Experience in specification works in construction industries will be an added advantage
- Speak and write fluently in English - presentation and public speaking abilities in English
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Require Indonesia driving license and possess own transport
