Job Description:
- Plan and organize construction work activities and project timelines to ensure smooth site operations.
- Review tender documents, construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to gain a clear understanding of project requirements.
- Coordinate and communicate with consultants, clients, main contractors, and subcontractors regarding site activities, design submissions, and project progress.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, construction drawings, and approved authority submissions.
- Supervise and lead site supervisors and foremen in coordinating works, resolving technical matters, and monitoring project progress with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Assist in developing method statements and construction work sequences for project execution.
- Support the Project Manager in project costing, preparation of monthly progress claims, and progress reporting.
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor (QS) in reviewing and verifying progress claims and payment submissions.
- Coordinate project handover activities, including completion inspections and rectification works prior to client handover.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 4-6 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR), currently based in Singapore.
