Job Description:
- Site Leadership: Direct day‑to‑day site operations, allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors, and monitor performance.
- Resource Planning: Estimate and requisition materials, labor, and equipment; track usage and minimize wastage.
- Policy Enforcement: Implement project policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures.
- Blueprint Management: Read and interpret technical drawings to guide site teams and confirm accurate execution.
- Coordination: Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings with project stakeholders to review progress and resolve issues.
- Reporting: Produce regular site reports detailing progress, safety incidents, and resource utilization.
Job Requirements:
- Education: D3 in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as QC/QS or Site Supervisor in civil construction projects.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, ISO 9001 standards, and basic quantity surveying.
- Personal Attributes: Leadership mindset, decisive, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
