• Lead The Technical Exchange And Explanation Of The Technical Part Of The Scheme Before Sales;
• Do A Good Job In Data Handover And Interpretation Of Data Test Results In POC Stage;
• Cooperate With The Business Department To Reach And Sign Orders Continuously;
• Timely Respond To Technical Problems After Sales, Coordinate The Headquarters And Ensure Smooth Service;
• After Sales Is Fully Responsible For Improving Customer Performance;

• Fluent in English and Indonesian, speaking Mandarin is a plus;
• Financial or big data related industry background, more than five years of working experience is preferred;
• Familiar with network technology, software engineering, database, data processing and other computer science related knowledge;
• Strong ability to understand and write technical documents, understand technical indicators and service needs;
• Familiar with word / Excel / Powerpoint / XMIND / project, etc;
