- Accountable for providing support and implementing solutions for ERP products
- Create, sustain, deliver solutions, and provide documentation to end users
- Resolve post-launch issues through support activities
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Accounting
- At least 4-10 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Solid familiarity with ERP applications (Oracle/SAP/Dynamics/Idempiere)
- Proficient in ERP development tools, coding languages, SQL queries, and business processes
- Capable of both collaborative teamwork and independent work
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal aptitude
- Industrious, quick learner, and capable of performing under pressure
- Willingness to travel, if necessary
