Job Description:
- Assigning Consultants To The Designated Projects And Providing Comprehensive Research On Talent Development And Project SWOT Analysis For Its Deployment
- Ensure The Resource Utilisation Is Optimum And Handle Capacity Monitoring And Optimisation
- Recommend And Implement Innovation And Revisions To Increase The Efficiency And Efficacy Of The Staffing Department
Job Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management, Staffing, or Talent Strategy
- Strong business acumen - including the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Professional level of English proficiency both written and verbal and interpersonal skills
