Job Description:
Currently our client who is a well established brand in the E-Commerce Industry is looking for Store Expansion Supervisor as descripted below:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Lead, train, and mentor store employees to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards to drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, expenses, and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with local customers, businesses, and suppliers to drive store traffic.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in home appliances or phone accessories.
- Great proficiency in English
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and develop action plans.
- Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
