Store Expansion Supervisor

Currently our client who is a well established brand in the E-Commerce Industry is looking for Store Expansion Supervisor as descripted below:

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
3. Lead, train, and mentor store employees to improve productivity and customer engagement.
4. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination.
5. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards to drive sales.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.
7. Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, expenses, and profitability.
8. Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
9. Build strong relationships with local customers, businesses, and suppliers to drive store traffic.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in home appliances or phone accessories.
3. Great proficiency in English
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
6. Experience in inventory management and stock control.
7. Ability to analyze sales reports and develop action plans.
8. Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
9. Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
