Job Description:
- Communicating With Clients To Ensure That All Of Their Needs Are Understood And Addressed Correctly
- Building Strong Client Relationships With Existing Clients As Well As Acquiring New Customers
- Collaborating With Various Internal Departments To Ensure That They Fulfill All Customer Requests
- Set Up KPIs And Keep Track Of Key Account Metrics
- Make Sure All Deliverables Arrive In Good Order, On Time, And Fulfil Customers' Requirements.
Job Requirements:
- 12 years of experience as Strategic Account Manager or similar role
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects in Enterprises and Conglomerates setting
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Tech selling background, and accustomed to C level conversation with top companies
- Experience in IT industries and SaaS Solutions
