Job Description:
- Manages The Supply & Operational Planning (S&OP) Of The PH Market
- Regularly Updates The PH Forecast / Latest Estimates / Constraints On The Blue Yonder Program
- Aligns PH Requirements With Various Production Facilities (DFL, DTL And Toll Manufacturing Partner)
- Manages The Profitability Of The PH Market In Terms Of Planning And Managing The Distribution Costs (sea Freight, Inland Delivery And Warehousing)
- Ensures That Delivery KPIs (OTIF, FC Accuracy, Truck Utilization, BO Percentages, Etc.) Are Aligned And Met By The 3PL Provider/s
- Manages The 3PL Operations Of The PH Market
- Continuously Develop The Distribution Structure Based On Market Requirements And Trends
- Develop The Capability Of PH Market To Directly Serve Key Channels That Would Deliver Higher Gross Margins
- Prepare Reports Such As OTIF, FC Accuracy, Inventory Reports, Ageing Reports, Etc
- Perform Tasks Assigned By The General Manager In Relation To Supply Chain
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational and customer service skills
- Adequate S&OP experience from other FMCG Companies
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- At least 10 years previous relevant work experience
- Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems
