Job Description:
- Process and review documents related to supply chain finance transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies while maintaining accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and financial institutions to resolve document-related issues.
- Track and manage the flow of transaction documents for timely processing and proper filing.
- Support the supply chain finance team in administrative and operational tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade Economy or Financial Business Administration (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Experience in supply chain finance and document workflows is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation.
- Able to work under pressure efficiently.
- Proficient in office software.
