Job Description:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Implement inventory control procedures, including stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations.
- Manage the logistics process, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure that all shipments are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in [FMCG, manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
