Supply Chain Manager

1. Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment across the business.
2. Lead planning activities by aligning demand, supply, production capacity, and inventory through an effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
3. Build strong supplier partnerships by overseeing sourcing activities, contract negotiations, supplier performance, cost optimization, and supply risk management.
4. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service, and support overall business performance.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team while driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of supply chain experience, including 7 years in a leadership role.
2. Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions, including procurement, planning, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and supplier management.
3. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards/SAP preferred), supply chain analytics, and data-driven decision making.
4. Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, customs and trade compliance, inventory optimization, and supplier relationship management.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
