Job Description:
- Handling Talent-related Inquires, Such As Development Plans And Acquisition
- Working Alongside Other Teams Within The HR Team To Create A Healthy And Dynamic HR Function
- Pinpointing Possible Talents Within The Workforce And Creating A Personalised Improvement Plans
- Creating And Building The Soft-skill Training Curriculum That Develops The Workforce
- Ensuring Compliance And Discipline In Regards Of The Training And Development Plans
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in training, L&D, or talent management division
- Experienced in leadership, such as being a senior staff or supervisor position
- Previous experience in creating TNA, curriculum, and materials for training
- Previous experience in catering and creating personalised improvement plans for each talents pinpoint by the team
- Ability to create a manpower planning plan
- Ability to find and build relationship with third-party vendor for training needs
