Job Description:
- Overseeing The End-to-end Recruitment Practice Across All Business Units
- Identify Role Profiling Through Partnering With Department Heads By Understanding Their Manpower Needs, Providing Suggestions On Talent Market
- Proactively Identify Rooms For Improvements Within Recruitment Practices To Ensure A Seamless Recruiting Flow
- Actively Building Talent Pool
Job Requirements:
- Bring about 5+ years of recruiting experience coming from medical devices/hospital/pharmaceutical background
- Excellent interpersonal skill with go-getter attitude
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to advise senior management on recruiting trends
