Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for software, AI, and engineering positions across multiple business units.
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes with technical hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring demands.
- Track recruitment metrics while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring technology professionals.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
