Job Description:
- Analyze, Develop And Drive End-to-end Talent Cycle Initiatives And Strategices From Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Talent Retention And Succession Planning
- Manage Talent Management Program Such As Retention, Sucession Planning And Working Collaboratively To Enhance People Development Program To Support Succession Planning Through Learning And Development
- Oversee And Manage Organizational Development By Understanding Business Needs And Objectives To Develop An Effective People Strategy And Organization Structure
- Work Collaboratively With Businesses And Leaders To Enhance Culture And Drive Change Management
- Support Human Resources Director And Business Leaders As A Strategic HRBP
- Continuously Identify And Assess Current HR Business Process And Talent Programs To Ensure An Effective Human Capital
Job Requirements:
- Ideally with accumulated 5+ years in Human Resources area focusing on talent management and organization development
- Proven track record in driving and developing talent management cycle such as talent acquisition, attraction, engagement, retention, succession planning, and organizational development
- Strong exposure in handling large headcounts in production/plant/manufacturing setup would be beneficial
- Exposure in over 800 headcount employees
- Experience involved in transformation and driving or implementing change management
- Experience working in an established corporation with dynamic or transformation events
- Experience working in FMCG/Consumer Goods/Food production or related Manufacturing would be beneficial
- Strong communication sklls and interpersonal skills
- Proven managerial experience at least 3 years
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing/socialisation skills
