Job Description:
- Perform Code Reviews And Provide Feedback To Developers
- Be A Mentor To The Development Team And Provide Guidance And Support To Help Team Members Grow And Develop Their Skills
- Able To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues That Arise During The Development
- Lead A Team Of Develoers, Providing Guidance And Suppot Throughout The Development Process
- Manage The Development Process, Ensuring That The Team Is Following Best Practices And Working Efficiently
- Collaborate With The Product Team To Design And Implement Product
- Deep Techhnical Understanding Of The Software Development Lifecycle, Software Development Frameworks, And Familiar With Multiple Programming Languages - Software Development Knowledge
- Developing Technology Roadmap By Outlining The Technology Initiatives, Goals And Timeline That Is Aligned Wih Overall Product And Technology Vision And Strategy - Technology Road-Mapping
- Managing The Team Within The Squad To Achieve The Technology Goal Including Sprint Planning, Staffing Planning And Scrum Management - Technology Planning And Execution
- Understanding And Applying Database Management Systems Including Data Modelling, Optimization And Scalability - Database Management
- Understanding And Applying Cybersecurity Principles, Including Secure Coding Practices, Data Encryption, Network Secruity And Vulnerability Management - Cybersecurity
- Understanding And Applying Testing And Other Quality Assurance Practices To Ensure Technology Built Across Squads Are Free Of Bugs - Software Testing
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
- More than 5 years of experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering (ASP .Net Framework, SQL Server, Javascript [React/Vue/Angular], Microservices, Architectural Pattern)
- Have delivered successful products in the software industry
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum
- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities
