Job Description:
- Act As The Subject Matter Expert (SME) Of Assembly Engineering Processes
- To Lead Hands On, Tactical Troubleshooting Efforts To Resolve Long Term Performance Issues
- Collaborate With Teams For Any Manufacturing Design Improvement: Product Quality, Efficiency, And Product Cost
- Provide Written Documentation Of Procedures, Setups, And Experimental Results, With Strong Attention To Details
- Design, Execute, And Analyze Experiments To Optimize Manufacturing Processes To Meet Technology And Manufacturing Targets Including Performance, Yield, Reliability, Process Stability, Cost Of Ownership, Etc
- Define And Manage Capital Equipment (CapEx) Plans From Justification Through Release To Production
- Contribute To The Root Cause Study And Analysis Of Complex Product Or Customer System Challenges Relating To Electrical Contribution And Impairments
- Provide Detailed Industry Standards, Customer Use Case, And Critical Factors
Job Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics industry (assembly)
- Expert in assembly engineering for semiconductor & electronics & experience developing and/or sustaining semiconductor and electronics processes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and experience in working with external constituencies
- Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to be agile with shifting priorities to meet business needs
