Job Description:
- Work Closely With Other Surfin Engineering Teams To Define And Design The Surfin Development Experience.
- Design Large Scale Systems Within A Team, Making The Right Tradeoffs For Risk And Long-term Maintainability.
- Develop And Drive The Vision For The Organization, Setting Actionable Goals And Holding The Team Accountable.
- Lead Organization-wide Collaboration For The Team.
Job Requirements:
- Have extensive experience and knowledge on building large scale distributed systems, infrastructure and internal tooling.
- A proven tech lead with experience planning and leading large projects with long-term impact on a single system or team.
- Have led projects that involved organization-wide collaboration within the company.
- Have built a vision for an org and grew a team to see your vision to fruition.
- Experience with high-growth startups.
