Job Description:
- Manage And Oversee The Technical Aspects Of All The Product Lines, Including Development And Troubleshooting, To Ensure High Quality, Safety, And Performance Standards Are Met
- Provide Technical Expertise And Guidance To The Clients And Distributors\
- Lead And Supervise The Technical Team, Including The Development Of The Team
- Maintain And Enhance Relationships With Suppliers, Partners, And Customers, By Providing Technical Support, Resolving Issues, And Building Trust And Rapport
- Deliver "Train The Trainer" Training Sessions To Trainers Within The Dealer Network
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with proven track record in technical support for the heavy equipment industry
- Strong distributor management and development skills
- Solid understanding of road equipment, both technical and application
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Presenting technical and commercial ideas and concepts
- High level of analytical skills
