Job Description:
- Develop And Implement Effective Trade Marketing Plans That Drive Sales And Brand Awareness
- Responsible For The Store Visibility And POSM
- Collaborate With Sales Teams To Identify New Business Opportunities And Develop Strategies To Increase Market Share
- Conduct Market Research And Analysis To Stay Informed Of Industry Trends And Consumer Preferences
- Work Closely With Key Customers And Distributors To Develop Strong Relationships And Execute Joint Marketing Initiatives
- Partner With Product Teams To Develop Effective Product Positioning And Pricing Strategies
- Manage Budgets, Track Performance Metrics, And Report On Results
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably taking care of retail stores
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience managing budgets and tracking performance metrics
