Job Description:
- Developing And Nurturing The Entire Ecosystem Of Fin-Tech Business
- Collaborating With Internal And External Stakeholders To Identify And Create Solutions And Partnerships
- In-depth Understanding Of The Fin-Tech Landscape To Scout For Potential Opportunities
- Leading And Managing Multiple Projects In Order To Maximize The Revenue And Streamline The Operational Process Within The Organization
- Orchestrating The Strategy Of Growth: Acquisition, Generating Revenues, Retention
- Reviewing And Optimizing Processes, Documenting Them To Ensure The Growth Of The Business
- Managing The P&L Of This Business Unit, And Keeping Track On The Path To Profitability
- Monitoring And Developing KPI With The Rest Of The Team
- Formulating, Introducing And Implementing New Strategies To Drive Company's Performance
- Executing Strong Communications And Collaboration With All Stakeholders And Managing Communication And Delivery Between The Commercial And Operation And The Engineering Team
- Accelerating And Scaling Up The Business Through Defining And Measuring Operational And Revenue Driving KPIs
- Being Involved In The Financial Planning And Budgeting Of The Organization
- Collaborating With Other Team To Determine ROI To Optimize Marketing Dollars Spent
- Building And Executing The Fin-Tech Vision, Overall Strategy And Also The Roadmap
- Taking The Customer Experience To The Next Level Through Various Strategies, Such As Leveraging Technology, Building Close Relationships With The Partner, Underlying Data To Determine Root Cause Of The Problems
- Improving Financial Forecasting And Budget By Understanding The Current Performance
Job Requirements:
- At least 10 years of working management in technology-based companies: Fin-Tech with combined experience of banking would be highly preferred
- Exposure in business development, operation, managing large team is ideal
- Should you have experience and knowledge in the lending business, this will be a plus
- Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from related degree is a must
- Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognize and reward performance
- Drive and hunger to achieve results, entrepreneur mindset
- Independent, self-starter, initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Excellent business acumen, analytical skill and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines
