Job Description:
- Develop And Implement Sales Strategies - Develop SOP For Global Sales And Build A Sales Team As Operations Expand
- Accountable For Customer Acquisition And Retention Across The Region
- Identify New Business Opportunities And Partnerships To Expand Company's Client Portfolio In International Regions
- Develop And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Clients, Cross And Up-selling Features To Contribute To Company's Pipeline And Growt
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams For Alignment And To Further Achieve Business Objectives Such As Product, Marketing, Customer Success And Local Sales Team
- Monitor Sales Performance Metrics And Update Senior Management For Internal Alignment Within The Company
- Provide Feedback And Recommendations To Improve Sales Processes And Methodologies - Improving Effectiveness And Efficiency Of Strategies Implemented
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree at any relevant field from a reputable University (Business Management, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
- At least 5 years of professional experience within B2B Enterprise Sales or Partnership roles within the Tech industry
- Strong understanding of Software Sales processes and GTM Strategies
- Self-starter, strong analytical and problem solving skills - able to work independently to kick-start operations and cover activities of global markets
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills - ability to inspire and motivate teams across international markets
