Job Description:
- As The Vice President Of Global Sales, You Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies, Building And Managing A High-performance Sales Team, And Driving Customer Acquisition And Retention In The Region
- Develop And Execute Sales Strategies To Achieve Revenue Targets And Business Operations In The International Regions
- Build And Manage A High-performance Sales Team, Including Hiring, Training, Coaching And Performance Management In International Regions
- Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities And Partnerships To Expand The Company's Customer Base And Market Research In International Regions
- Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers And Partners In International Regions To Drive Customer Acquisition And Retention
- Analyze Market Trends, Customer Needs And Competitive Landscape To Inform Sales Strategies And Product Development In International Markets
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams, Including Product Development, Marketing, And Customer Success To Ensure Alignment And Customer Satisfaction In International Markets
- Monitor And Report On Sales Performance Metrics And Provide Regular Updates To Senior Management For International Markets.
- Continuously Improve Sales Processes, Tools, And Methodologies To Enhance Sales Effectiveness And Efficiency In International Markets
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of over 5 years of expaerience as a Senior Global Sales or similar role in a software company
- Experienced in B2B / Enterprise sales or partnership
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field from a reputable University
- Strong understanding of software sales and marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices in international markets
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performance sales team and achieve revenue targets in international markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies in international markets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in international markets.
