Job Description:

1) Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international regions.

2) Build and manage a high-performance sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management in international regions.

3) Manage and lead a team of sales managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance.

4) Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

5) Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base and market reach.

6) Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development in international markets.

7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success.

8) Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management for international markets.

Job Requirements:

1) Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a VP of Sales or similar position, with a track record of driving revenue growth on a worldwide scale.

2) Experienced in B2B or enterprise sales or partnership management.

3) Strong understanding of global markets, sales strategies, and business dynamics, with experience in expanding into new international markets.

4) Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

5) Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as required.
