Job Description:
- Drive New Initiatives From Identifying Potential Business To Launch (include Opportunities Out Of M&A, New Partnerships And Networks) In Partnership With Other Players Within The Sector
- Proactively Scope The Market For New Business Or Network Opportunities
- Conduct Pre-screening And Evaluation Of Ecosystem Networks And Partners
- Negotiation Process With Potentially Acquired Business
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification
- 10+ years of overall Partnership and M&A experience
- Broad understanding of Corporate strategic planning, Business report & analysis, Merger & Acquisition, Financial Management, Stakeholder Managerment
- Strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
- High level of ethics and integrity
