Job Description:
- Selection And Management Of Lubrication Software
- Implement Lubrication Procedure For Preventive, Predictive, And Corrective Maintenance
- Carry Out Failure Modes Effects Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis
- Implements Overall Lubrication Effectiveness Metrics And Other Key Performance Indicators
- Develop Troubleshooting Templates And Fault Trees For Common Machine Conditions
- Tracking And Management Of Lubricant Consumption Including Leakage Control
- Establishes Lubricant Consumption Strategies
- Management Of Lubricant Inventories, Reorder Points, Stock Rotation, Setting Of Expiration Dates, Product Labelling And Incoming Delivery Inspections
Job Requirements:
- Having the
experience in handling complete auto lube system troubleshooting &
overhauling of grease pumps & injector performance like large Excavator
EX3600, EX2600, Komatsu PC2000, Liebherr R996, R9350 & Large Dump Trucks
Komatsu 830E, 730E, HD785, Hitachi EH4500 and Caterpillar Equipment.
